| Indigenous Cultural Training | Building capacity for Indigenous community work | • Understanding the differences between Western and Indigenous Culture, learning about the uniqueness and intricacies of Indigenous cultures and how to work within that culture in safe and appropriate ways |
| Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Belonging | Building a work place your employees are proud of | • Participants will learn the basics about providing Equitable, Inclusive and Diverse environments for staff. Common issues that arise and how to respectfully handle EDI related issues that arise. |
| Anti-Black Racism Training | Addressing major issues in racism in a powerful and clear manner. | • This course focuses on Anti-Black racism in specific, including the origins of anti-black prejudice, understanding Microaggressions, harmful myths, breaking down racist arguments, understanding white privilege and white guilt. |
| Cross-Cultural Counselling | Understanding how cultural differences impact interpersonal and family relationships | • Clinical practice working with communication issues with intercultural couples, “third culture children” whose parents are from abroad, “high context versus low context cultures”, stressors related to immigration/settlement. |
